As TheFanlistings.org puts it, "A fanlisting is simply an online listing of fans of a subject, such as a TV show, actor, or musician, that is created by an individual and open for fans from around the world to join. TheFanlistings.org is the original (but not official) web directory for fanlistings, dedicated to uniting the fans." In short, the objective of a fanlisting is to unite fans of the same subject from around the world, and to give fans of that subject a sense of community. It also gives the webmaster a chance to own a site that has a listing of fans of something they are passionate about.

Anne is the brilliant, lovely webmistress of Eleventyfirst.com. She's been one of my best friends for a very long time, and I'm absolutely thrilled to run the fanlisting for her. =D I admire her in every way; she's so smart, cheerful, and kind! :)
